Nice and elegant restaurant located in Fairmont hotel which is facing garden. Food is high quality, service is professional. Dessert( lemon cheese cake) is really suitable for Asian people, not too sweet. Worthy to try this restaurant and won’t disappointed.

Came here for a quick cocktail after experiencing a winter Lake Louise day. I have to say, what was originally a casual pop-in, turned into one of the most pleasant moments of my life! The staff and atmosphere here are brilliantly next level... not only is it a beautiful place to be seated, but the level of service and knowledge here is out of this world. As guests of the hotel, we were able to book reservations for other hotel restaurants from here, and plan our entire couple days at the resort right from this fancy bar with the help of the friendly bartender and hostess. One of the best experiences here; will definitely be back!

Great breakfast buffet. In addition to the buffet, there are small plates you can order. Price was very reasonable for what you are offered. The views, although quite snow covered were beautiful and I'm sure will be spectacular in the summer. Staff are very friendly. Looking forward to eating here again.

Incredible short rib and drinks. Of course you're paying for the view but service matches up and is top grade. Everything from reception folks greeting you to the minutest detail of your meal is cared for. Really great experience and super friendly to all kinds of dietary restrictions

Incomparable breakfast spread. Among hotel-sponsored restaurants, Louiza is hands down the best breakfast. The buffet is an impressively wide array of delicious standalone dishes, from mushroom stir fries and chickpea curries, to well cooked eggs/bacon/sausage, to fresh bakery treats (scones are killer), to fresh tropical fruit and yogurt spreads including not one but three different types of honey. And all this while offering a full a la carte menu of international dishes, juices, and espresso drinks. A+ with attentive service to boot (thanks Renee).

Great place, great view with good breakfast.I love the smoked salmon and poach eggs, really fresh and tasty.The croissant is cruncy on the outsite, soft inside and really good.Worth the price, got to refill capucino 2 times to take out.

The breakfast in Louiza restaurant is on the basement which is not very bright.We had diner and breakfast there. The staffs are all kind but the meals and buffet are just okey, the omelet I had was unexpected.
